Location and price. Gym facilities were also good. Loved the views.

Wifi was as slow as dial up and intermittent through the hotel. AC in our room was very loud even when it was at the lowest setting. Beds and pillows were not comfortable

The reason I gave good rates among hotel, is because the staff were very pleasent, always smile, always helpful. 2ndly, very clean room, no dust that I could observed even under the bed. The staff really gave attention to detail. Me & my family really love our experience there. Overall, mumtaz!

One thing, please invest WD40 lubricant and spray it on every hinge regardless of door or cabinet. The 'creak' sound disturbed the quiteness. 2ndly, Very limited parking lot, or you have to park inside the mall, which really troubled the tourist. Luckily I stayed in Suite for 4 days, they gave me VIP parking. Thanks!

Lobby is spacious and well lit. Room was average but clean. Lacking appropriate power socket points on bedside. Bathroom is huge. AC was cold.

Shower in pool changing room was out ot order. TV channels offered were lackluster.

Breakfast was not that good. Not much choice for international tourists. The room facilities was not as equal as five star hotel.

Good location. It was a 5-star hotel so of course the facilities and room itself was of a pleasant modern design. I did not go to the gym or the pool as I did not have the time. I did not have breakfast either. Room service was faster than I thought so that was nicely appreciated. There is a spa nearby called Mirage that I cannot recommend enough.

The TV was broken when I first checked in. Not an issue as they replaced it during the time I left the room. When I came back however, I realised the toilet flush was faulty. The next morning, I realised the shower was broken. I informed the reception and they upgraded me to another room. However, I honestly thought these simple things should have been checked by housekeeping before the next guest checked-in. And while I suppose the upgrade is a typical thing hotels do when they have inconvenienced their guests, based on the number of things that were broken, I was a bit miffed that the hotel did not do more to appease me. Also, housekeeping took more than 15 minutes to provide me with two bottles of shower gel. They only provide one tiny set per room seemingly regardless of the number of guests.

The view is nice.

Overall hotel not well maintained. One major point is poor security, in that room cards are NOT required to operate the lift. Anyone can take the lift to any floor.

a) its location is within a shopping mall and exactly across the street, is the famous Seafood Top food court. Just walking distance. b) about 5 mins away driving to the city centre c) Walking distance to the main river d) Good spread of breakfast and delish too e) Just nice pool size and jacuzzi pool f) modern equipped fitness centre g) courteous staffs during breakfast and house keeping / room service h) kiblat direction i) big bathroom with separate shower and tub j) bathroom amenities provided including tooth brush, tooth paste, etc. k) no iron unless you stay in executive floor

a) front desk staffs were not attentive. There was an occasion where I was waiting at the concierge counter for more than 5 minutes to get my parking ticket validated. nobody at the front desk even bothered to ask if I need any help until the someone not from the front desk arrived. b) the parking is ridiculously expensive considering that you were a hotel guest. This was the first so-called 4-5 stars hotel which i stayed and need to pay for parking. Every time you leave the hotel, you need to pay RM2 fee. And if it's an over night, it will cost you RM4. So I stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights and on parking fee alone, I have spent close to RM25. The parking area also was too dark and you have to compete with the shopping mall guests. So just imagine if you returned to the hotel at peak hour, you may end up parking somewhere really far from the hotel lobby entrance. c) The other funny thing I found is the floor where the fitness and pool is located; i.e. to the main ball room. So imagine you just finished with your swim in the pool, wrapped your self in a towel but still wet, but you have to walk through and use the same lift where the nicely dressed ball room guests ...and you wet the lobby to the ball room and not to mention, you wet foot print on the carpark leading to the ballroom...I found it so bizarre! d) Pullman is a 5 star brand but the condition of the room especially the bathroom is nothing like a 5 star. The fittings were old, some were broken and you can see mold on the tiles edge. The tiles were showing the sign of fading / soap scum. Nothing is fancy about it. There is only 1 door that connect the changing room / bathroom to the main room. So if you are in the bathroom, no one can use the changing room and vice versa. e) dreadful 3 days stay with not clear and limited TV reception for whatever reason.

There was one member of staff, a young doorman, who was brilliantly helpful in bringing up my bags and was the perfect picture of customer service when I came and went from the hotel. The bed was super comfy in the executive suite. Like all hotels, quietness relyed on my neighbours who thankfully were quiet. My room faced the back of the property, which did not have a main road. The iron was good but the ironing board needed a towel over it. There was a yoga mat in the room. Hair-dryer was attached to the wall was ok for short hair.

Utterly filthy!!! It was apparent that the shower had not been cleaned (the glass was not clean; high mold presence) and was never cleaned during my week stay; during the week it didn't look as if the room had been cleaned or the bathroom (the shower remained the same). There looked to be god knows what on the bed frame border on one of the bedside (see picture): I didn't catch this till the last day - gross. Yet it seamed if there were enough staff for the cleaning task to occur when finding x5 in the room at one stage. The sheets were changed and the towels, while worn, were also clean. I was essentially having breakfast and out for the whole day and evening dealing with a family member in a hospice situation during the six out of seven days. If I was there on holiday I would have had the energy to request a room change and complain. I was over the breakfast choices very quickly (salad & fruit bar; Asian area with one curry choice; no fiber cereals; and the food was cold regardless if it was early or afterward). On my one afternoon that I spent at the hotel for some down-time, I visited the pool - no towels, no chairs (a wedding was being set up); eventually, the staff came out with towels; water was freezing and not the cleanest - I didn't feel confident swimming in it; no bar service; the sound testing for the wedding was so loud, I just left.

what do you thing? every time i go out with car. i need to pay the parking fee. if 5x a day. i need to pay MYR10. if over night MYR4? breakfast same menu. my room 1306, bath tab is leaking. tv program so boring bos!

Nice hotel! Value the money. Superb staff. Especially the bellboy(i guess) who help us. I really hope to meet him again soon. Jk!!lol! swimming pool was nice.

Air con thermostat could not be set lower than 20 degrees. I did not know that. When the technician came, he said I had to change rooms. So front desk did that promptly. Trouble is, the next room had the same problem. Only then did the front desk realize (after 2+ hours) that this pertained to all rooms. Which is fine. Just amazed how they took so long to figure that out and cost me 2-3 wasted hours. Shower lever turned to extreme left (super hot), water was not warm. Still cold. I ran it for 15 min. In the end, I switched to bath tub and used shower head. But because of length of cord, I had to shower kneeling. Room 1808. Not great!

Clean, spacious, strategically located at the heart of Kuching. Staff were helpful.

At checkout the hotel did not update their information that I have already paid for my stay when I booked the room through Booking.com. They wanted to charge me again. Even after I showed them the proof from Booking.com and also Bank statement about the charge, they still say that they will investigate and did not gave me a receipt at checkout. Soooo disappointing. Indeed that spoilt my stay in the hotel!!!
